Mr. Adam Naseer Hussain is a Joh C Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer & Speaker, and a Master Facilitator, and a MasterPractitioner of Neuro LinguisticPrograming and Timeline Therapy.Currently Adam serves as the General Manager of Leadership Development & Organization Design, at Maldives Airports Company. He brings more than 20 years of community leadership and corporate experience including executive and leadership roles in Human Resources and Employee Development, as well as Teaching & Instructional leadership in a variety of entities both public and private sector.

Adam is a teacher at heart, he has delivered several workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, and coaching, on Leadership & Human Capital Development and Strategy. He also lectures MBA classes. Adam holds MSc in Educational Management & Leadership and Master of Business Administration (International Business).
