Mr Ismail Rasheed has been leading Dhiraagu since September 2015, shaping the company’s strategic direction, business transformation and delivering success. He also held many key strategic senior positions within Dhiraagu, which include Chief Executive, Director Networks, and Manager Networks Planning and Projects. He is responsible for many key development projects that shaped the telecommunications landscape of the country.

Under his leadership, Dhiraagu transformed from an infrastructure-focused business to a competitive digital service provider. Ismail plays a pivotal role in Dhiraagu’s success by developing growth strategies, building resilience, nurturing talent, and accelerating innovation.

He holds an MBA from the University of Reading (UK), BEng (Hons) in Telecommunications Systems Management & Design - Anglia Polytechnic University (UK) and is a Chartered Engineer and member of the IET (UK).
